| What is your role in Connecting People to God in Practical Ways? Through the power of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, my role as Pastor of Congregational Care is to encourage people to achieve the plan of God in their life -- progressive sanctification. Pastoral care is most fundamentally a relationship—a ministry of compassionate presence, in a practical sense, during the ups and downs in an individual’s life. Until people "know how much I CARE – they will not care how much I know". |
