Bridge Committee

The Bridge Committe member's are continuing to work on bridging the gap between St. James UMC and Community Christian & Temple B'nai Jehudah by working along side member's of their congregations in support of ministries to help feed and provide clothing to the homeless. Currenty we are helping to provide an evening meal at Grand Avenue Temple serving homeless women the 2nd Monday of each month beginning in Nov., 2007, including a Thanksgiving meal and Christmas meal and light tour with a minister from Community Christian. During the summer months of 2007 we served toghether to support the work of Independence Avenue Christian Church.
