| Vision/Mission |
Mission: The Worship Committee coordinates, under the direction of the pastoral staff, the worship services at St. James. The committee oversees the Acolyte Ministry and works closely with organizations involved in worship services -- such as the Altar Guild, Ushers, Sanctuary Choir, and Praise Propulsion -- to ensure that worship services are spiritual and inviting experiences. The committee plans for special services such as Thanksgiving, Advent, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, and Good Friday. The Committee also assists in
planning for Women's Day, Men's Day, the Children's Sabbath and other thematic services.
